Refund Arrangement for the screenings on 28th November to 9th December
Due to the surge of COVID-19 cases, all the screenings of the Hong Kong International Documentary Festival 2020 will be suspended which will take place between 28th November (Sat) and 9th December.
For ticket holders, refund arrangements are as follows:
1) Customers who bought tickets of affected shows via website or mobile app, your payment will be auto refunded.
2) Customers who bought tickets of affected shows at box office, please go to the box office of the respective cinema within 30 days after Cinema resumed business for refund.
