【Hong Kong International Documentary 2020: Refund Arrangement for the screenings on 28th November to 2nd December】
Due to a quick surge of COVID-19 cases in the past few days and the seriousness of the epidemic, to ensure the safety of the audience and the public, we have decided to suspend the screenings starting from 28th November (Sat) to 2nd December (Wed). The remaining screenings of the festival will be decided and announced depending on the epidemic situation in the next week.
For ticket holders, refund arrangements are as follows:
1) Customers who bought tickets of affected shows via website or mobile app, your payment will be auto refunded.
2) Customers who bought tickets of affected shows at box office, please go to the respective cinema box office on or before 31st December 2020 for refund.
